Originally an apparel warehouse. Climbing the long exterior staircase opening the silver door to the salon.
To minimize waste, interior renovations are kept minimal.
Only essential functionality required.
Instead of walls, partitions are created using silver curtains,
as they can be utilized in various spaces.
A place where new things are born. Workshops, art events and photoshoots.
The curtain material is Tyvek® Silver which is an architectural material made of recyclable high density polyethylene (HDPE).
Even when incinerated, it decomposes into water and carbon dioxide.

Just trimming the tips with a razor can be done during the next haircut, so there is no issue. As hair tends to expand, reducing the volume is achieved through trimming the midsection with a razor. With each repeated cut, new trimming with a razor will be done. Gradually thinning the ends and adding volume to the midsection. Resulting in a larger horizontal expansion of the head.

This approach offers excellent reproducibility and produces beautiful lines without the need for blow drying. A technique that solves all customer concerns, including hair damage, quality, frizziness, facial structure and hair design. It seeks sustainable beauty rather than temporary beauty achieved through styling tools like irons.

To address all concerns, including long and large faces, and damaged hair, we realized that the Contoured face slimming haircut alone is not sufficient. Thus, we proceeded with its development.
Driven by the desire to fulfill the wishes of our customers right in front of us, we conducted tests and improvements repeatedly.
The salon conducted tests with the expertise of over 1,000 professionals specializing in Face
Contouring. We collected the raw feedback of 6,000 clients with various skin and hair types.
What cannot be used on the face cannot be used on the hair, and what cannot be used on the hair cannot be used on the body.
We prioritize natural ingredients and focus on moisture rather than oils. Our products can be used for hair, face, and body. Catering to all genders as professional grade, gender neutral hair care products.
After multiple improvements since its initial release, we are now on the fourth generation.
The purpose is to maintain the face
contouring hair design achieved through STEP BONE CUT until the next visit.
Since this is a standalone shop, customers can try the products and experience face contouring even without making a hair reservation.
However, access is only granted by opening the silver iron door.
We are constantly improving. STEP BONE CUT technique and design are always evolving.
Interestingly, even while teaching as an instructor, questions arise, leading to discoveries and insights.
These insights are incorporated into an upgraded curriculum.
It takes two years of testing and refinement for a product to finally be commercialized.
Testing and refinement are possible because we have customers here. (Customers also participate in the LABO.)
Since it is something we use on our customers, we cannot compromise on what our customers purchase right in front of them.

They are certified instructors at the STEP BONE CUT headquarters and specialists in
face contouring cut teaching professional hairdressers.
The concept is to provide a transformative haircut that shifts one's being to a new dimension, surpassing the transformation of the customers themselves and making the STEP BONE CUTTERS undergo a transformation.
The girl who longed to become a manga artist and admired the hairstyles in shojo manga would cut her own hair because she was dissatisfied with the results when going to hair salons.
She believed that becoming a hairstylist would fulfill her dream.
As time passed, the girl became a hairstylist herself. However the cuts she learned left her hair looking like a wig. She would thin out her hair to reduce the weight, but it ended up causing damage. And as her hair grew, the damage worsened.
Without using an iron, her hair wouldn't stay in place, but subjecting it to excessive heat seemed cruel.
That's why she dedicated herself to daily research.
She wanted to respect the hair and develop a Contoured face slimming haircut that would be gentle and promote natural circulation. And thus, she invented the STEP BONE CUT, which solved the hair troubles of many people.
